Is this a website builder?
No. A builder hands you a blank page and a lost weekend. We hand you a business that is open: the site built, the pages written from your answers, every lead sent to your inbox, and a plain list of what Google can and cannot read about you.
Do you set up my Google listing for me?
Open does not do it for you. Google makes the owner do that part; anyone who says otherwise is signing in as you. We give you the exact steps, in order, for your kind of business, and it takes about twenty minutes. Your site already carries the facts Google reads. On Found, we work the listing for you every week once you let us in with one click. Found is coming and not on sale yet.
What do I get for $149 a month?
Open: a real website, with your own dot-com included from the day it goes live, a page for every service, and changes by typing a sentence. Bills and quotes from your phone if you bill by the job (cash or check for now; card payments are coming). Every lead emailed to you, and texted if you tick the box. Call It In from the truck, with the review ask on your phone. Your business on your phone's home screen, the On Google tab, and a person to ask. Nothing to pay until you press Put it live, the button that puts your site on the web.
What's coming next?
Two things, neither on sale yet. Found: we work your Google listing every week and, every month, hand you a map of your town showing where you come up, block by block. Do I have to write anything?
No. About a dozen plain questions, answered the way you would say them out loud. The site is written from that, and it never puts a price or a claim on the page that you did not say.
What if I do not like how it looks?
Pick another of the nine looks, or let it make one just for yours. Change your mind as often as you like, and undo if you liked it better before.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing in My Business. Your site comes off search and we keep everything for 12 months. Start again in that time and it is back.
Can I keep my domain? Do I own it?
Both. Already own one? Keep it. You connect it in two steps on the screen of the company you bought it from, and we never ask for a password. Don't have one? We register one for you, included in the $149, and hand it to you the day you ask.
What happens to the website I have now?
Nothing, until you say so. We never touch it. If you connect its address to your new site, the old one keeps showing until the last step, pointing your address at us, which you do yourself, and your email is not touched. Want photos or wording from the old site? Ask on the Help from 412 tab before you connect your address and we bring them across.
A dozen questions. Then you are open.
