Your first month back within 7 days if you are not happy, no questions asked — email or call, we close the site and refund it.
The monthly.
No part-month refunds. Cancel and you keep the site for the month you have already paid for; nothing more is charged after that.
The founding twenty.
Exactly the same. Your rate is locked for two years and the Film Day is ours to give — neither changes how the refund works.
How to ask.
Email dave@412ads.com or call (412) 444-7363 with the address of your site. A refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually in 5 to 10 business days.
