The deal
What you are buying.
This is the agreement between you and 412 Ads when you open a site with Stay Slammed. Written in plain English on purpose, because you should be able to read the thing you are signing. Last updated 11 September 2026.
What you get.
Open: a real website at its own address, built from your answers, with a page for every service you do, changes made by typing a sentence, every lead your site catches emailed to you and listed in My Business, the Get Found list of what search engines can read about you, and a real person at 412 Ads to ask.
What it costs, and when we charge.
$129 a month, with no setup fee and no contract. Building it and claiming your address cost nothing: your card is charged for the first month the day you press Publish, and the same amount on that same date every month until you cancel. If we ever change the price we email you 30 days before it happens, and it never changes the rate you are already on.
The founding twenty.
The first twenty businesses to publish keep the rate they start on for 24 months, to a date we write down and show you on your Billing tab, and get a Film Day: Dave's half day at your shop with his phone — your first job logged together, a photo set for your site, a 60-second clip for the top if it is good. The footage is yours. In return you agree to give us a review with your name on it once your site is live. Everything else is the same: you still pay the monthly, and you can still cancel any time.

Stopping
Cancelling, and what happens after.
Cancel any time.
Open the Billing tab in My Business, press Manage billing, and cancel there. No phone call, no notice period, no cancellation fee. You keep the site for the month you have already paid for.
What happens when you stop.
Your site comes off the web and we ask Google and the rest to drop it. Nothing is deleted. Your words, your photos and your facts stay exactly where they are, and if you start paying again the site comes back the way you left it.
Refunds.
Your first month back within 7 days if you are not happy, no questions asked — email or call, and we close the site and refund it. After that: no part-month refunds, and cancelling stops the next charge. The Refunds page says it in full.
How long we keep your things.
For as long as your site is open, and for 12 months after you cancel so you can come back to it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
The rules
What each of us has to do.
Your words and photos stay yours.
You own everything you give us. You are giving us permission to publish it on your site and keep a copy while you are with us — nothing more. We may show your finished site as an example of our work; tell us not to and we will not.
What you cannot use it for.
No illegal service, and no pretending to be a business or a person you are not — no licence number you do not hold, no name you have no right to use. Some web addresses are reserved by the system and cannot be yours. If a site breaks this we can take it down, and we tell you why.
Nothing on your site is invented.
Every price, hour and claim on your site is something you told us. That cuts both ways: the facts you give us have to be true, and they are your responsibility.
Your domain name.
A domain we register for you is registered in our account on your behalf, its renewal is part of your plan while you are a customer, and it is transferred to you on request within 14 days — except that no domain can change companies in its first 60 days, so inside that window we hold it, keep it paid, point it nowhere else, and move it the day the lock lifts. A domain you already own stays yours throughout; connecting it gives us nothing but the right to show your site on it.
The legal part
The bits a lawyer would ask for.
What we do not promise.
We cannot promise the site is never down, that Google ranks you, or that the phone rings. Some of it is not ours to control — Google, Stripe, the phone carriers, the internet itself. If something does go wrong and it is our fault, what we owe you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened, and neither of us is on the hook for the other's lost profit or lost work.
If we change these terms.
We email you before a change that matters and put the new date at the top of this page. Carrying on with the site after that is how you accept it. If you would rather not, cancel — and nothing is deleted.
Which law applies.
Pennsylvania law, and the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. If one line in here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.
