What we hold, and what we do with it.

The answers you type.

The questions you answered to build it, and every change you make afterwards: what you do, where you work, your hours, your licence number, your prices. That is what your site is built from, and it is the only thing it is built from.

How we reach you.

Your email address and your phone number. We use them to sign you in with a six-digit code, to send receipts, to tell you a lead came in, and to answer you when you ask us something. Nothing else.

The leads your site catches.

When someone fills in the form on your site we take their name, their phone number and what they typed. We email it straight to you and keep a copy on the Leads tab in My Business. You see it, and so do the people at 412 Ads who keep the system running. We never sell it and we never market anything to your customers.

Pictures.

The photos you upload sit on our own server. The rest are stock photos from Pexels, used under the Pexels licence and credited in your footer. Take one down whenever you like.

One cookie, for signing in.

A single cookie called ms_session keeps you signed in to My Business. There are no advertising trackers on your site or on ours, no third-party pixels, and nothing that follows anybody around the web.

Your card.

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us — we never see it and never store it. What we keep is the last four digits and the receipt, so we can answer you about a charge.

Server logs.

Our server records which page was asked for, the address it was asked from, the browser and the time. That is how we keep the thing secure and find out what broke. We keep those for 90 days.

Who else touches it.

Stripe for payments, Resend for the emails we send you, and our own server, which 412 Ads runs. Each of them only gets the piece it needs to do its job. Nobody else.

We never sell it.

Not your details, not your customers' details, not to anybody, at any price. We do not run advertising off it either.

Get a copy, or have it deleted.

Email dave@412ads.com and ask. We send you what we hold, or delete it, within 30 days. Deleting it takes your site down with it, and we have to keep the billing records the tax people require.

How long we keep it.

While your site is open, and 12 months after you cancel so you can come back to it. Server logs go at 90 days. Billing records we keep for 7 years, because the law says so.

Children, and changes.

This is a product for businesses, not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold a child's information. If we change this notice we put the new date at the top and email you if the change matters. Questions: dave@412ads.com or (412) 444-7363.
